Re speculators trading oil contracts- The speculating which has driven oil prices needs to be stopped or severely reigned in. Ther greed is directly affecting the lives of regular Americans who must pay for these artificially inflated prices multiple times because every time something is transported the inflacted costs impace the price paid.
