I am very concerned about the eratic and sometimes drastic fluctuations in the commodity futures markets. These prices seem to reflect the practices of speculators that manipulate the markets purely for the purpose of making profits without regard to the ramifications to the public or even worse, to the e'conomy of the United States.
It is time that the FTC start protecting the general public/ small investor and stop cowtowing to the bigwigs on Wall Street. Our country can no longer support these "robber barons" and must start paying attention to the workers who support the production of goods, services, and natural resources.
Change your priorities before Congress changes them for you. The public if fed up.
