    Dear Commission members:

    Traders should be allowed to make money; they shouldn't be able to do it at the expense of American families. There are certain goods that should be protected from the price swings caused by speculation. Food prices and oil prices are directly linked to our survival.

    People. Not pocketbooks. Not bottom lines or ledgers. People.
