Why hasn't limits on hedging all commodities been implemented, including oil and gas. This was required by Dodd-Frank and it seriously begs the question about the integrity of this agency especially with information revealed today about information the CFTC has had since 2008 on speculation. Regular people have every reason to be outraged.
