Dear Sir.
The proposed change in the regulations will only hurt the small trader like me. I have traded Forex for nearly 5 years and the
proposed regulation change from 100:1 to 10:1 would cause me to move my account out of the country or make it more
difficult to make money in the market if I stayed in the US.
You will surely hurt the small investor and move forex trading off- shore, I trust that is not your intent.
You are making a mistake so please do not change the leverage requirement.
