There should be no further delay than the long delay that already occurred since law was mandated. There should be no exceptions for any rules for anyone. Your failure to enact rules and laws have already allowed countless acts of manipulation to continue on for yet another year, even after laws were changed. No more hidden derivatives trading and no more large position limit exceptions should be allowed for even one more day. America is being raped and pillaged by wall street hyper trading machines and they make billions in profit, or get bailed out if they dont. We are sick of it. No one feels safe investing in markets in this country anymore. STOP the madness, before we get people in the streets like in Greece and many other countries around the world.
