Dear Commission:
I am very dissapointed in the passage of the Dodd- Frank act. This is taking away the rights of American traders. I personally will take my business overseas. This bill should be rescinded. We American traders do not need to be treated as if we are children. We are over -regulated, and we do not need government "protection". The purpose of the Dodd-Frank bill is to limit access to the ability of American traders to be able to trade as we see fit. This is foolishness. We should be able to trade spot Gold and Silver , without any interference from the government. We should be able to trade any currency we wish to trade, without approval from the government. You need to fight this bill, and have it rescinded. You will lose a lot of traders to oversees operations, which are more friendly to American traders than our own government. You will also lose traders and money from those of us who are planning on living overseas.
