Oil speculation must be stopped or curbed as soon as possible. Wall street is literally betting on an essential commodity as the global economy and average citizens suffer. Republican lawmakers and wallstreet lobyists should be ashamed for protecting these practices. If a buyer is not an end user, they should not be allowed to price speculate. It's as easy as that. Anything less proves the Commission is in bed with very people they were charged to regulate. The public is finally getting educated on what is going on and those responsible will be held accountable at the polls.
