To whom it may concern:
I am concerned that oil and gas prices are being controlled by something other than supply and demand and therefore, we will not be able as citizens to influence the price of these commodities. The Wall Street Reform Act and the Dood-Frank Rules will help in regulating the amount of speculation of oil futures and it will allow for a reduction in the price of energy for all American people.
