To whom it may concern:
I demand that you enforce the requirements and regulations in the Wall Street Reform Act and the Dodd-Frank Rules in order to reduce energy cost. The cost of gasoline and energy for average American consumers like me is outrages. Immediate regulation of the speculation of oil futures must be implemented to reduce the price of energy for the American people.
