To Whom this may concern, I have been studying technical anylist for almost two years. I have Thousands upon
thousands of dollars in education, computers, office space. A large part of my life the past two years has
been working and studying. I have missed alot of my time with my children and wife due to studying the forex
market along with economics at Suffolk Community College. If the current rules 10 to 1 are enforced, I would have
wasted two years, I just can't believe that this is being proposed. This proposal is a job and career killer and
would affect an enormous amount of people. Please kill this proposal.
