    i trade financial futures in London ; have done since 1982 ; and have complained to both Eurex and LIFFE
    about illegal algo trading and their regulations for last 5 years .
    However have been heartened by your actions recently and would be willing to help .
    Quote stuffing ; delayed publications ; spoofing and general algo abuse happens every minute of the day
