RE: Comment on proposed Co-Location & Proximity Hosting Rule

On May 31, 2011, a conference call was held with Eurex Deutschland (Eurex) in which they discussed their latency measurement system. In attendance from the Commission were Melissa Mitchell and Christopher Russell-Wood. Vassilis Vergotis, Wolfgang Eholzer and Thom Thompson represented Eurex. The purpose of the conference call was to learn about the time involved in development of Eurex’s latency measurement systems and the process involved in development of such systems, including personnel and technology required. The conference call did not involve discussion of any substantive aspects of the Commission’s proposed rule on Co-Location.
