Please Secretary,allow the poor, who i represent to have the opportunity to make a dollar, that can
matter, to change from a lifestyle that is always a struggle,to one of redemption. This is one of the last
bastions that still is intact to allow this.Please do not take this advantage from us.It is an empowerment
for good, a blessing from above,to truly share with a true resource, blessings into a ministry to
needs/welfare of others, who have the cold of the street.This is not an easy to make money area as
is,with all the fees, taxes, it takes skill,know how,i have lost money learning this.it was a heavy price to
pay,but the advantage is an inspiration to keep learning it.It is hopeful,for us,to look to the future with a
dream.Our nation needs people with this talent,there are few people in percentage to the entire
population,with time ,resource ,and potential to be successful at this.Please, don't regulate this to another
hardship,or take away inspiration from someone who has suffered heavy loss.Don't let this just take
another spiral downward to become another mediocre involvement,that just ends for more and more of
us at a big disappointment and dead end! Please may we have your favor and kindness, seasoned with
your grace,in an important area, of our lives.Finally, greater revenues generated,by our countrymen, is a
means,for the transfer of money from other countries to our own.The greater generating of capital
eventually works its way to the IRS,for income taxes,this is an advantage to government. Please
consider this,and may GOD help you to stand to do the right thing in HIS sight, because you are there, as
part of destiny,wrought by HIM.GOD's blessings on you,and all knowledge,and wisdom be upon you
alway.
