I would like very much to voice my objection to the introduction of the new Leverage of 10:1
Once again it is hitting the small man the hardest. I for one will be taking my account out of the USA should this
be introduced and trade with a more competitive country.
Please consider carefully the effect this will have not alone on the small individual but on the American markets
in general
