I am writing to personally demand that all oil/petroleum speculation be regulated to limit and curtail the spiraling rise in gas prices. Speculation is done solely for the purpose of profiting off of a market that is created through the practice of speculating, leaving the consumer completely helpless and victimized for the sake of corporate greed.
