For the past few years gas prices have been high and rising even more each year. Gas is starting to be a daily amount that adds up to a serious monthly bill expense exceeding household average basic living bills. Having to choose between a household necessity and gas money to work and places that helps an individual keep an income is a choice a hardworking citzen should not have to make. Especially with the fact that gas company owners are seeing profits in million and billion dollar figures. This surplus in profit for them, isn't fair to consumers and is an issue that government should have been stepped in to assist the American people with a very long time ago. The dollar amount per barrel is causing a once affordable price for gas to be a gruesome price that is causing trips, vacations, or even just transportation to work to be an issue. As our elected officials of this country... When will anyone take part in these affairs and find out how it can be regulated.
