    I find it so amusing that any law or regulation that is for the consumer/common person takes years to be implimented. Yet if is for the big business types these same laws and regulations can be passed and made effective almost over nite. TARP as an example. Now you have the power to control the commodities market and give relief to the consumers but it will take at least a year to accomplish. Amazing! In the mean time people like myself are trying to find ways to budget for gasoline when the price goes up on a whim of the oil companies fueled by the market. I believe that by the time any of this takes affect the middle class will be no longer and the big businesses will control. I would strongly suggest putting a freeze on these companies/traders UNTIL the regulations are complete and in place. PROTECT the consumer for a change!
