Chairman Gensler,
I want to add my voice to thousands of other Americans seeking relief from unfair oil speculation. It is time for the government to intervene to end this practice, especially since there is clearly no "supply and demand" reason for gasoline prices to be so artifically high. The government should quickly move as well to end government subsidies to oil companies at a time when they are making record profits. How can we justify giving taxpayer money to these companies when they are making billions?! Clearly these prices and practices are a threat to the recoevry and to the middle class and those barely able to get by each week. Our government was created to serve the needs of the people, not the few controlling the most resources.
