To whom it may concern,
It's long past time to reign in speculators. From health care to housing to oil to metals and on. The speculators are reeking havoc on the economy and the lives of millions of Americans. Speculation in small doses is fine, but when it takes over total control of a market then the market will not function in a logical manner. Case in point, price of gas. Less consumption should equal lower pricing to stimulate use. But today we have the opposite. Place limits on speculators. As for health care - NOBODY should be legally able to profit from someone's misfortune, ie a cancer victims - limiting their health care, pricing them out of the market. Please stop the insanity.
