Please do something about gas prices. I am a secretary, not a doctor or lawyer, so I cannot afford these prices. I have to take care of my elderly parents who have health problems, but am restricted in how frequently I can be with them because it is a 35 minute drive from my home to theirs. If something is not done to bring the prices back to a reasonable range, I will not be able to afford to go to my parents' home when they die.
Gas prices are ridiculous. There is no excuse for this. Without restrictions, our economy will suffer due to the fact that more people will be unable to take vacations because they will not be able to afford the gas to drive anywhere.
Our elderly will have to choose between gas and medication.
Please do something.
