Can you explain with all of the reform legislation being created to protect people from the "bandits" of Wallstreet, why no one has instituted much less proposed legislation to stop the Price Speculation for Oil Futures? This is nothing short of illegally raising prices with the goal of receiving the payout at the end of the purchase cycle. Put restrictions in that prevent price gouging! This is Oil Extortion!
