I don't believe raising the limits is a good decision. The speculation and fund trading involved already is way to volatile. When Goldman Sachs can tell people to lift their hedges and the market crashes on one day. The next day they said they didn't mean right away and the market goes back up!
It is hard enough to run a grain operation without them speculating. Please leave well enough alone.
