To Whom it May Concern - I am writing to oppose the proposed expansion of trading limits by the CME. Expansion of limits will contribute to future volatility and places undue strain on country elevator financial requirements to meet margin calls. While the expanded limits may be attractive for the speculative investment community, they do not add value or enhance price discovery for legitimate hedgers and traders of the physical commodity.
