Dear
[] [] [] [] [] Sir/Madam.
I believe this is going to be one of the worst form of policy to be
introduced by you.It's going to infringe on the rights of traders.Instead
we are going backwards when we are supposed to encourage as many
individual traders as possible.
I plead that you should look into this with a tooth comb before imposing
this leverage limit.In other words , shelve it.
