The new regulations are only penalizing the small investor not the large investors. You have put me out of the
market with these regulations. You should consider the small investor and give them a chance to grow. You
should consider different levels for different accounts. The larger accounts over $10,000 have the new
regulations and smaller accounts stay with the older regulations where we have a chance to grow.
