Traders should be allowed to establish a risk level which they are comfortable with. Also by
righting the regulations here in the U.S. will NOT prevent a trader from utilizing a higher risk level /
leverage since that trader will simply LEAVE a US broker and go overseas! A mass move of trader
to overseas brokers will dramatically affect US brokers in my oppinon.
