Regulation of Retail Forex
This proposal will effectively end the retail forex business which maybe is what you wish to accomplish but there
are some people out here that are trading profitably and responsibly and may be their sole source of income.
Please reconsider at least a tiering of leverage limits up to 100:1 requiring a capitalization test or something
similar.
