As a retail trader I strongly disagree and ask that you abandon your plans to change the leverage in Forex
trading. As a trader I am responsible for my trading actions and not the CFTC. Your changes will mean that you
are catering to only the larger traders. Time spent regulating the actions of brokers and not that of traders would
be better spent.
