Regulation of Retail Forex RIN 3038-AC61
Dear Secretary of CFTC,
Recent Regulation of Retail Forex will affect retail forex customer's basic right. We as forex customer,
has right to choose whatever risk that we can afford based on our ability. We can justify the risk as
trading goes. Regulation of Retail Forex requires a 10-to-1 limitation will limit retail forex customer's
leverage. I strongly ask to keep 100-to-1 limitation the same as now. Thank you.
