the regulation will end the retail forex, and many people will affected with this regulation,
because it's so hard to take a large initial deposit and we only can imagine, only big player will
play forex, and i think this is not good, only monopoly by big player, where are the rights of
the tiny player? we only play small amount of money, won't take affect at all for the forex
