Hello,
I wanted to register my opposition to the proposed margin requirements
changes as outlined in the proposal: Regulation of Off-Exchange Retail
Foreign Exchange Transactions and Intermediaries.
The current requirements are adequate, and there is no reason to change
them. Reducing margin requirements would diminish the value of retail forex
to small investors.
Please do not change the margin requirements.
