To whom it may concern: Regarding RIN 3038-AC61, it occurs to me that individuals generally want the freedom
to decide what kind of risk they want to take in their investments. Why in the world would I want some agency
deciding for me what kind of leverage I may use in my forex account? Please allow us to maintain our liberty in
this matter. Hopefully, you will heed the desire of the masses. To not do so would be foolish. Best regards, Don
