    Regulation of Retail Forex
    Hello,
I am an independent Forex Trader and I strongly believe that limiting leverage to 10:1 is highly restrictive and discriminatory
against traders like myself because it greatly limits my trading choices. During these incredibly tough economic times I have
lost my business and turned to the Forex market as the only source of income for me, my wife and my family of 6 children. If
you limit our leverage to 10:1 from the current levels of 100:1 my trading days are over and therefore my sole source of
income is wiped out - please don't take away our livelyhood with these changes. I have worked very hard at this to be able to
provide for my family, and contribute to the recovery of the economy, and for you to change the regulations would end that
for me, and for thousands of other traders as well.
If there are problems with some traders, then deal with those issues in a proper and fair manner, not by closing the trading
    door to everyone!
    Regards,
    Jim Wolfe
