Although I agree with some regulation of financial markets, the proposal to limit
Leverage to 10/1 is ridicutous. This wi[[ make it atmost impossibte for smart
traders tike mysetf to continue trading without huge amounts of capitat which we
do not have. 100/1 or possibty 50/1 is a far more reatistic target.
