TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I am a retail Forex Trader and strongly disagree with the change in leverage because it will hurt the entire industry
and thousands of small retailer like me won't be able continue doing this business anymore. Beside that I also
think that this change will leave us with no choice but to close our account here or move to UK. I therefore request
you to reconsider your decision.
