Regulation of Retail Forex
Mr. Secretary,
It has come to my attention that new rules and/or regulations are being proposed that would limit the amount of leverage
offered by brokers in the Forex market to 10:1.
If this rule is implemented, it would severely impact my and my family's livelihood and life style. I presently trade in the
Forex market and do fairly well but I do not have the free capital to deposit with my broker that would have to be ten times
my current balance in order to continue trading as I have been.
Please reconsider these proposals and allow me to continue to trade as I have been.
