Dear All:
I am a foreign investor, I do not support RIN 3038-AC61 requirement. In the previous investment though my transaction
volume is not large, but I feel very happy in the investment process. And I think as investors we should have the right to
select more trade leverage, we can also be responsible for our choices. And this may be a great damage to our freedom of
choice, undermine our interests. If this provision is approved, I would have to close all my account for transactions in the
United States.
