My opinion concerning the proposed Retail forex regulation R1N 3038AC6, I believe a retail Forex
trader should have the liberty as tot the leverage he uses, that is why it is called a retail trading, if the
Forex market is restricted to the "big shots" alone where is the liberalization in that?
