Subject: Proposed Regulation Concerning Retail Forex Trading.
The investor's capital principle of: freedom of risk choice, is threatened by the CTFC proposed regulation. The current regulation is working, DO NOT CHANGE IT! ...
In the new CTFC regulation I will have to put up front ten times as much capital in order to make the one lot minimum trade. In the present regulation I need
$1000.00 cash in my account in order to trade one lot. In the proposed regulation I will need $10,000.00 cash in my account in order to make the same one lot
minimum trade! Big traders will be fine in the proposed regulation!; but the small trader, like myself, will be sacked out of the market! Sack small traders out of the
financial markets! Is it that what big traders in collusion with government regulatory agencies want? That will be not good for the principle of competition in the
economy; no good for financial small retail traders; no good for the economy of the country; and not good for the principle of good government of this country
country! Please do good for America! Reject the proposed regulation concerning retail Forex trading! Thanks for your help!

Post Script: I have A PROPOSAL FOR YOU. If you think that an increase in the leverage percentage is good for the principle of good government, there is a way to
do it that will help everyone concerned: One one hand, leave the percentage leverage as it is (one percent) for trades less than one hundred million. One the other
hand, Increase the percent leverage as proposed (ten percent) for trades above one hundred million! I hope you are aware of the good government principle of: Give
equal treatement to those who are equal and give different treatment to those who are different.
In Law this principle translates to the principle of an accused person
be judged by his her peers. So you have that the jury in a court of law is always integrated by persons believed to be part of the same social strata as the
defendant! ... I hope this proposal finds favorable reception by your agency. Thanks again.
