Hey my name is Stevens Saintil and in response to the
RIN 3038-AC61 proposal to reduce the amt of
leverage
available for trading i would like to say that i strongly wish the current guidelines as they stand to remain in place. I
feel that all traders should be able to determine the amount of risk they are willing to take on and manage so please
don't change the current amount of leverage allotted.
