Dear Sirs,
It is time to eradicate the manipulation of the precious metel, silver. A United States bank, JP Morgan, has a unusual concentration of short silver futures on the COMEX. Manipulation can only exist if a concentrated position exists. This unethical, toxic practic has benefited JP Morgan for years. It is time to restore ethical decision making in our government.
I request the enactment of legitimate speculative position limits for the COMEX silver futures, which is now lacking in the COMEX silver futures. Please correct this unethical manipulate practice taking place in the COMEX.
