MY CONCERNS ARE FOR THE MAJORITY OF THE WORLD WHO ARE POOR AND THE CATASTROPHIC EFFECT OF FOOD PRICE INCREASES ON THEIR ABILITY TO FEED THEMSELVES. I APPLAUD THE WORK YOU ARE DOING TO STOP EXCESSIVE SPECULATION ON FOOD PRICES. PLEASE DO ALL IN YOUR POWER TO ENSURE THAT HEDGE FUNDS, BANKS ETC DO NOT GAIN EXEMPTIONS FROM THE REGULATIONS YOU IMPOSE.
