Dear Commissioner's,
Please implement effective and reasonable position limits in the silver COMEX market. By allowing an enormous short concentration, large banks have effectively been enabled to destroy our free market system. Please consider a resonable
limit of no more than 1,500 contracts or 7.5 million ounces.
