I would like to have CFTC implement position limits at a resonable 1,500 contracts or 7.5M ounces for silver to stop the embarrassment that is ongoing in the precious metals markets. There are parties under investigation yet their actions continue. Please don't allow the speculation to go on and destroy what is supposed to be a "free" market.
