Silver contract limits. Would you please limit them to no more than 1500 contracts.
I have written to you in the past about my concern over silver manipulation the large concentration by JPM/HSBS but it seems to me that you are afraid of them because of the great power that these entities have. Don't you agree that that much concentration is by its very nature manipulative and controlling.
It is my opinion that the fair and appropriate position limits in silver should be no more that 1500. Please consider us the small investors always getting the short end of the stick. Please 1500 is enough.
Please do the right thing.
