1) The position limit of silver should be no more than 1500 contracts.
2) The current proposal of 5000 contracts will only encourage the blatant ongoing crime-in-progress in the silver where a concentration held by a handful of entities.
3) The people, I, are demanding for justice and integrity in the silver and other commodity markets.
