Hello, I would just like to take a moment to comment on the proposed CFTC Regulation RIN 3038-AD15 which as my Senator has informed me is aimed at reducing Oil and Gas speculation in the Commodities markets. I am aware that there are many factors that influence Petroleum prices but I believe that rules to reduce speculation will help stabilize prices better than the current rules can achieve.
