As a private investor I urge the CFTC to position limit silver contracts to no more than 1500. It is obvious the manipulation being done in this market, denying the free market to prevail. Small investors like me don't have a chance against manipulators like JP Morgan et al. Please do the job the CFTC was designated to do.
