    Comment Text:

Position Limits appear not to have been provided according to the requirements of law. You are commissioned with the requirement, and we had expected to have had this provided by you, as of last December.

You have the responsibility to limit positions so as to not favor certain controlling entities. I sincerely believe that this lack of fulfillment of the just requirements will do a disservice to those who are in need of these commodities, has drained the US of precious metals, permitted other nations to benefit from the controlled markets, and weakened our position as a world leader. Should it be again that certain favored bankers ultimately suffer because of their controls, I believe that we, the tax payers, and you included, will again be footing the bills.

Is it not better that the basis for our country's greatness be re-instituted by granting a fair groundwork for all to abide by? It lies in your hands, so that the capitalist achievements will benefit many, and not just the few who are capable to feed off of the weakness, permitted by the lack of proper laws as well as the utter lack of prosecution of perpetrators?
